Recorded in a secret location in the Blue Mountains, the Spooky Men release their debut 12 track CD, entitled Tooled Up. It features many a song from their live repertoire including "Don't Stand Between a Man and His Tool", an extra spooky version of the classic "Ghost Riders in The Sky" and a foot-stomping rendition of the Rolling Stones " I Can't Get No Satisfaction". Hey hey hey, that's what I say...

About the artist: Based in the Blue Mountains and lead by Stephen Taberner, the Spooky Men's Chorale is a vast, rumbling, steam-powered, black-clad behemoth capable of rendering audiences moist eyed with mute appreciation or haplessly gurgling with merriment. Based on the twin pillars of grand foolishness and the quest for the perfect sub woofer-rattling boofchord, the Spooky Men commentate on the absurdity and grandeur of the modern male, armed only with their voices, a sly collection of hats and a preoccupation with facial hair.
