|  | Ducks Crossing Publications Guarantee all products against faulty workmanship for a period of 3 months. The Guarantee does not apply to faults caused by misuse, excessive wear or accidents.
Ducks Crossing Publications will allow the exchange or return of goods for credit, within 30 days of the date of purchase, where the supplied product is determined to be not of merchantable quality or suited for its stated purpose.
Goods must be returned back to Ducks Crossing Publications with freight pre-paid.
Where the product performs reasonably with respect to the stated purpose, capacity, specification or performance as defined by the manufacturer Ducks Crossing Publications will not allow the return of goods where the customer determines that the stated purpose, capacity, specification or performance is in some manner inadequate for its purposes.
Damage sustained during the shipping of the goods either to or from Ducks Crossing Publications is at the customer’s risk and the customer is responsible for the provision of shipping insurance where so required.
When goods are accepted for return by Ducks Crossing Publications, a credit will be processed to the customer’s credit card account.
The credit will be processed subsequent to the safe receipt of the goods by Ducks Crossing Publications subject to the above terms. |
